I. Communication

II. Copyright

Commissioner cannot claim my work as their own or use it for anything other than personal use.It's alright to repost my work as long as there's credit to me (all my socials are available on home page, twitter being the primary one)It is an option for Commissioner to purchase copyright rights to the commissioned image.
Such copyright rights only include: selling, editing (but as long as image is still recognisable. It is an option for me to do all the necessary editing, but that'll be free or for small extra pay on top), original project file will not be providedAny commissioned art cannot be used in AI in any way

III. Payment

The majority of payment goes through fantalks.io which is a branch of DonationAlerts that doesn't require registration and accepts PayPal. Some payment can go through PayPal that belongs to a 3rd party, which means it'll take a bit of time for me to confirm that the commission has been paidPayment can come in full after the sketch or 50 after the sketch and 50 after the preview of the finished artwork IF the payment comes through Fantalks.io, PayPal payments must be made in full after preview of the sketchSpeeding up the drawing process will bring additional costs in between 5-20% added to the cost of the artwork. The min work window is a week. The max - 2 monthsPayment must be made within 24hrs after both sides agree on the whole theme of the commissionPayment window can be negotiated, but work will only begin after the payment has been receivedAfter payment has been received, refunds won't be available

IV. Dicounts

Occasionally I'll be posting discount vouchers on my Twitter which can be used for some or any type of commissions
